Our home whitening kit is designed to be easy to use while delivering noticeable results. Here’s how to use your kit:

1. Brush Your Teeth: Start by brushing your teeth thoroughly to remove any plaque or food particles.

2. Apply the Gel: Place a small drop of whitening gel into every compartment of the tray for the teeth undergoing treatment. Use half a tube per treatment—one quarter of the gel for the top set of teeth and one quarter for the bottom set. Seven tubes will last you 14 days.

3. Seat the Tray: Carefully seat the tray with the gel around your teeth. Make sure it fits snugly to avoid any leakage.

4. Wipe Away Excess Gel: Use a tissue or a dry, soft brush to remove any excess gel from your mouth.

5. After Treatment: Once the treatment is complete, remove the tray and rinse your mouth with lukewarm water. Softly brush your teeth with your normal toothpaste to clean away any remaining gel.

6. Wait Before Eating or Drinking: It’s important to wait at least 2 hours before you eat, drink, or smoke after each treatment to ensure the gel has time to work effectively.

Teeth Whitening Tips:

To enhance the effects of your whitening treatment and maintain your bright smile, follow these tips:

• Continue the Treatment for 14 Days: Use the whitening gel consistently for 14 days to achieve optimal results. If you want to boost the whitening effect, take a one-week break and then continue the treatment for an additional 6 days.

• Repeat Every Few Months: You can repeat the treatment every 3 months or as needed to maintain your white smile. However, avoid bleaching your teeth every day, and do not overfill the trays with gel.

• Use Sensitive Toothpaste: If you experience any sensitivity during the treatment, it’s best to switch to a toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth.

• Avoid Certain Mouthwashes: While using the whitening gel, avoid mouthwashes that contain chlorhexidine (commonly found in products like Corsodyl) as they can stain your teeth. Instead, use mouthwashes specifically designed for whitening.

• Store Gel Properly: Keep your whitening gel in the fridge and out of the reach of children to ensure it remains effective.

• Read Instructions Carefully: Always follow the instructions provided with your kit to avoid any adverse effects. If the gel comes into contact with your eyes or skin, wash thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if necessary.

• Be Patient: Teeth whitening is a gradual process. The full treatment takes 14 days, so be patient and don’t rush the process.
